Certified Fire Resistance: Fully compliant with the EN 12101-3 Standard and tested in internationally accredited organizations. In the event of a fire, the JFWA series is certified to operate continuously for 2 hours at 300°C — and optionally 2 hours at 400°C — providing critical time for safe evacuation and smoke clearance.
Heavy-Duty Galvanized Steel Construction: The robust main body is crafted from high-quality, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, ensuring exceptional structural integrity, long-lasting durability, and reliable performance in the harsh, chemically aggressive environment of an active car park.
Adjustable Pitch Aluminum Rotors: Equipped with high-efficiency impellers made from a special aluminum alloy. Blade angles are fully adjustable, allowing engineers to precisely calibrate thrust output and airflow velocity to meet the exact CFD-modeled requirements of each unique parking project.
Bidirectional Operation: Available in both reversible (two-way) and unidirectional (one-way) configurations. The reversible design allows the same fan to supply fresh air during normal operation and reverse to extract smoke during a fire emergency, maximizing system flexibility and cost efficiency.
Robust Motor Integration: Driven by heavy-duty Class H, S1+S2, IP55 insulated motors. Manufactured as standard for 380V – 50Hz operation, with custom voltages and frequencies available upon request. Both single-speed and double-speed motor configurations are available to suit your system control strategy.
Integrated Silencer as Standard: Due to the inherently high air outlet velocities that generate elevated sound levels, JFWA units are equipped with silencers as standard on both the suction and discharge sides, keeping noise levels within acceptable limits for occupied building environments.
